Joseph T. Patsko

was born on February 11, 1953 in Portsmouth, Virginia. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1983 from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

Mr. Patsko was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986; to the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit in 1987. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1991. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Trial Lawyers Section), Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of American (ATLA).

Mr. Patsko received his board certification as a civil trial lawyer in 1999 by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator.

Joseph Patsko specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse/neglect, products liability, boating injuries, commercial litigation, and insurance claims and disputes.

Mr. Patsko is married to Lucy Caroline Patsko, and has three children: Michelle, Tara, and Conner.
